While watching ads, you may encounter a message like “Preparing the next ad, please wait a moment.” This usually means the next ad is still loading. It could be due to network delays, the ad content not being ready yet, or device settings that are blocking the ad from playing properly.
You can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Disconnect from the internet for about 10 seconds, then reconnect and try watching the ad again.
2. Check if you’re using any ad-blocking software. If so, please disable it and restart the app.
3. Try switching to a different network (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data) and restart the app.
If you did not receive hearts after watching the ad, please contact Floze customer support.
