If you believe another user has reproduced your character without authorization, you can submit a report through our app. Our team will review the case carefully and objectively, following our app’s policies and applicable copyright guidelines to protect creators’ rights.
How the review process works
- We notify both creators
We explain the review steps and request supporting evidence, such as drafts, screenshots of your creation process, or other proof of originality. - We verify the information and begin the review
After receiving your materials, our team checks the details and may reach out if clarification is needed. Once everything is verified, we begin an internal review that typically takes about 10 business days. - We share the final outcome
When the review is complete, we inform both creators of the results and outline any next steps.
How we evaluate cases
A dedicated internal review team handles these reports. All materials remain confidential and are used only for the review. Legal consultation may be included when necessary.
We consider several factors, such as:
- Similarity in writing, tone, or dialogue
- Overlapping personality traits, character backgrounds, or worldbuilding
- Similar story progression or motivations
- Creation timelines and context
- Similarities in key presentation elements, such as character introductions
If you disagree with the result
You may submit new, meaningful evidence for reconsideration. If needed, a second review will be completed by a different team. The decision from the second review is final.
