Try the following steps:
- Delete or edit the last message
If your character did not respond, delete and resend your last message. Don’t worry, this will not cost you any additional Hearts. - Check your internet connection
A weak or unstable connection can cause delays. Make sure you are online and try again. - Restart the app
Closing and reopening the app can often fix temporary glitches.
💡 If the issue continues and Hearts were charged during the failed interaction, please contact us with your Host ID and transaction details. Our team will be happy to assist you.
