My character isn’t replying — what should I do?

Try the following steps:

1. Delete or edit the last message If no response was received, delete and resend your last message — don’t worry, this won’t cost you additional Hearts.

2. Check your internet connection Delays might be caused by unstable connectivity. Make sure you’re online and try again.

3. Restart the app Sometimes a quick restart helps fix temporary glitches.

💡 If the issue continues and you were charged Hearts during the failed interaction, please contact us with your Host ID and transaction info — we’ll help you out!
