I purchased some Hearts, but I haven’t received them yet. What should I do?

Payments through the Apple App Store may sometimes be delayed, which can also delay the delivery of your Hearts. If you still haven’t received them after 24 hours, please contact our customer support — we’ll be happy to help! Before reaching out, please prepare your Host ID so we can better assist you with your app account. Here’s how to find it:

1. Tap your profile icon on the far right of the main menu

2. Long-press the small code below the Floze logo (as shown in the image) to copy your Host ID.
