I can’t send messages. What should I do?

  1. Is your internet connection stable?
    Make sure you’re connected and everything’s running smoothly.
  2. Do you have enough Hearts to send a message?
    If you’re out of Hearts, you might not be able to send new messages.
  3. Still having trouble?
    If everything seems fine but it’s still not working, please reach out to our support team. We’re always here to help.
